Steve came out to the property with very short notice and was so wonderful and helpful. I needed a fast turn around and they did just that. Steve let me walk around with him during the inspection and explained everything as he went. He was so generous with his time. Thank you so much, I have already reccomended this service to friends and colleuges.

I booked a Building and Pest Inspection with Bear Bottom Inspections which was conducted by Steve.
It was fast, efficient and I had my written report forwarded to me within 24 hours.
I also followed up with a phone conversation with the building inspector as I had a few questions to ask.
Overall a detailed pre purchase inspection report helped me before I made an offer on the property I was successful in purchasing.

I am a first home buyer and engaged Bear Bottom to undertake a building inspection on an apartment I put an offer on recently. They were extremely efficient and were able to book it in for the following day. When an issue with an agent & access came up, they were able to reschedule to the next business day promptly. The booking process with Jacinta was friendly, smooth and clearly explained. The inspection itself was done by Steve who was incredibly personable, professional, kind and knowledgeable. He was efficient and explained things to me thoroughly and was more than happy to answer all of my questions & offer his opinions and advice. Both Jacinta and Steve managed agent issues with ease and were very supportive and reassuring, making a difficult process more comfortable for me. I am really happy with the thorough report and service overall and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the future! Reasonably priced too.
