Oscar September 24, 2026 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. They provided a thorough inspection report, that cover all accessible sections of the house. The level of detail was great, and the report included some recommended 'next steps' for some particular items.
They were also really responsive and flexible. We requested an inspection that morning, and it was completed by midday the same day! The report was then in our inbox that evening.
Would highly recommend. Posted on Google

Rodney and Steve were very professional, knowledgable and comprehensive in conducting the house inspection, and prompt in producing a detailed report. I would highly recommend. Posted on Google

Y.Goh September 13, 2026 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Highly recommend Bear Bottoms! This was my first time getting a building and pest inspection and they made the whole experience so easy and reassuring.
The inspector was incredibly thorough and took the time to call afterwards to walk through everything he had found which I really appreciated. There’s a genuine human touch to the way they work, everyone I dealt with was friendly, approachable and happy to answer questions.
I also needed the inspection done quite quickly and they were so accommodating and managed to arrange it for me at short notice. Communication was excellent and the team responded really quickly throughout the whole process.
Such a great experience, especially as a first-time buyer navigating all of this for the first time. The process of purchasing a home can be overwhelming and the Bear Bottoms team made it so much easier. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Bear Bottoms again and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a building and pest inspection Posted on Google
